5. Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

Free Version:

One channel download per hour (enforced via browser localStorage)
Unlimited individual video downloads
Standard processing queue

Future Premium Version:

A Premium tier with higher limits and additional features may be introduced in the future. Terms for Premium users will be specified separately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YouTubeDownSub is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Availability: The Service may experience downtime
